Republica

Republica dominated the charts in the Nineties with the band’s iconic and fiery front woman, Saffron. With their self-dubbed ‘techno-pop, punk rock’ sound. Republica led Britpop wave of female-fronted rock bands including Sleeper, Elastica, Garbage and Lush. Selling an incredible three million albums and clinching Top Five slots in the UK, America, South America and Europe, their breakthrough single, ‘Ready to Go’, soared to Number One around the globe. Now it’s 2026 and Saffron and the band are celebrating 30 years of Ready To Go with a 20 date UK Tour!
